Group pieces by type and use separate compartments where possible. Close necklace clasps before laying them down, keep delicate pieces apart, and avoid overcrowding so every item remains easy to see and reach.
Which piece is best for travel?
The Travel Jewelry Box Signature and Travel Jewelry Box Classic are our compact options for taking a considered selection with you. Place each piece in its own compartment and pack only the essentials for your trip.
How do I care for my jewelry storage?
Wipe the exterior gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. If needed, use a small amount of mild soap, but never soak the material or use harsh cleaners. Remove dust from the interior with a soft brush or lint roller.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, estimated delivery is 7–12 business days for Spain and 8–14 business days for the rest of the EU. You will receive Track & Trace after dispatch; activation can take 2–5 business days.
How do returns work?
EU and EEA customers can notify us within 14 days of receiving an order. Email contact@luresiave.com and wait for the return instructions before sending anything. Items must be unused, unworn and returned with their labels and original packaging. Unless an item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is your responsibility and may require an international return.
